So, at the start of the beta I had access to the command /tell and it would say "You Whispered to TCVS: Hey!" Now, I can't do this. I also think the chat range should be changed, maybe make it so you can chat to anyone in your specific district?
We disabled whispers intentionally so it's realistic role-play and easy to keep track of. We're discussing chat range possible changes but we want it to be as realistic as possible so it's a bit of a conundrum there regarding actual communication vs realistic communication.
