Can you add a bit more detail about your character(what his job was, what's his personality like, maybe a little bit about his family, and lastly how he travelled to Elpida). It looks amazing so far! One thing I saw you should add (not sure if it's still a requirement) is a religion, which can be found in the wiki under the "Gods" tab.
Thanks for updating your bio, but unfortunately it's still a bit short. Try correcting the following things: 1) Place of birth: Unknown. You said later on that his 'homeland' wasn't suitable. Do you mean that you don't want to put it or that your character is secretive and doesn't want anyone to know his past? 2) For his job, does it mean that he just takes any job available? It would be better if he had a specific job, as it will kind of show what he enjoys doing and what profession he has. 3) Relaxing is not really a hobby. What does your character like doing? Sports, music, hunting? Try giving a bit of life to your character, because right now he just seems really tired and bored. 4) Try expanding a bit more on his past. You said his family. Who is his family? His father? Sister? Why wasn't his homeland suitable for his family? What was he like as a child? Why is his personality like that? Did someone treat him like that and so he does the same to others? If you can apply these and write a longer, more detailed bio, I would be happy to approve it.
