Biography: Back when I was just 12, I had a decent life with strict parents and a best friend I would die to keep alive. I lived in a quiet area, where the townspeople rarely socialise and wages were hardly worth the time spent. My parents were weapon crazy, with knife drawers in every room, blades hidden in every wall and every time I ask why they do this, they only answer 'To keep the place clear from attackers'. I seriously doubted that, so I took out the hidden weapons from every room at night and put them in the cellar, I thought they didn't need these weapons. Until one day. A couple of weeks later, my parents were murdered. It was a devastating sight to watch my parents frantically search for the weapons I took away from the rooms, they were desperately trying to find their blades, knives etc before the attacker could get to them. Unfortunately, it was too late. They were killed right in front of me. I knew I should of done something about it but I was just frozen in shock. Why didn't I go get the weapons? Because strangely, some dark part of me enjoyed the suffering, telling me to stop and watch it all. The attacker saw me and laughed, before taking whatever he could and climbing out the window into the night. I will never forget features of the murderer. 2 years later at the age of 14, I took a few weapons I favoured and called up my friend to help me. Jace was always a loyal friend and saved my butt too many times on different occasions, and I respected that, as I said, I'd let myself die to save him. I knew he was a skilled weapon user because he had some lessons, he trained me before I told him why I wanted to learn how to use a knife. He decided to help me with my revenge plan, we hunted down the attacker and I recalled his features to narrow down who could possibly be the killer. In the end, we succeeded in killing him. But great things brought horrible consequences, Jace had died fighting for me, I could have died and not him, why didn't I stand in front of him when the killer threw the finishing blow at Jace? Stupid, STUPID! I disposed of the body in a nearby river but I had nowhere to go, my uncle had found me in the house alone in front of my friends corpse, muttering prayers to Aestheria and Phaedron, when he came to visit and took me under his wing. He was impressed with my skills I had developed with the knife. He gave me a katana that was apparently a family heirloom and the twin daggers of my dead friend, he had found the daggers in the pouch he was carrying before he died. After a couple years of living, training and realisation to the corrupted community of the world, my uncle decided that I should go to a place called Elpida. He said they had a secret training facility over there for possible assassins like me. Assassin? I could hardly believe what my life has come to, but I accepted. My uncle helped me raise money around the neighbourhood by selling something called 'lemonade', it wasn't perfect but everyone started to develop a craving for the drink I sold. In about a year and a half, I raised enough money to pay the fees of going to Elpida, my uncle also partially paid too and with the money my dead parents had, I could live there for a while. The society had showed me the ways of using the weapons and now here I am. At the place I don't regret going to. A place of new beginnings called Elpida.

Nice story. =) Couldn't find any major faults with it, although it was a bit dark. Message @tcvs to get access to the server and your prototype badge. Best of luck!
