I met my best friend, Arthur Wellesley, the son of the master of arms, at a young age and we grew up sparing each other and honing our sword abilities. When I was 16, my parents were killed by bandits and my older brother became the head of the family and inherited the lands and wealth of my parents. After my parent’s death I became closer to Arthur and his father, who became like a second father to me. However, one year ago, some jealous relatives wanted my family’s wealth for themselves and started a rebellion with the aid of some rival nobles. My brother and Arthur’s father sacrificed themselves so that me and Arthur could escape. Now me and Arthur and on the run, constantly running from assassins and mercenaries sent after us by the usurpers. After running away, we became a mercenaries while also intervening in situations we deemed necessary to enforce moral justice.
