Hello, I suggest you make the hunger rate a little slower. Currently, you cannot get to far without having to eat. I think maybe make hunger last double or even triple the time. Additionally, you could maybe make the day/night cycle different. You could make there be three days in Minecraft for every day in real life. You could also make hunger relate to this cycle. I understand you have other things on your plate, so I will post this, and then when you are thinking of new things you can add to the server (possibly once the server is live and you start doing major updates), you can come back here and look at me (and the communities) ideas. Day/Night cycle is coming in the future. We want to implement it on a bigger update. So look forward to that at some point. As for the food, If you eat items with high saturation(ie Apple Bread) hunger will last a long time. But if you eat items with low saturation(ie Potatoes), you will have to constantly eat.

As in the idea of saturation? If so, no really point. Saturation is part of Minecraft. We are just using custom values. So it should be common knowledge. Also the better the food item the better it is.
Awesome. So it will actually motivate people to find out the recipes for foods, unless they want to constantly make low saturation food items.
No, that is you eat chicken the food doesn't lost hunger as fast. If you eat potatoes you will lost hunger quicker.
What really? This was in minecraft? Lool I didn't pay attention a lot then. I just knew that different foods replenished your hunger by different amounts.
