The Elpidan Bank, a place to save what you own, or spend as you desire. It is a true place of protection, which is often run by those who follow Metus. The Bank is where many begin on their life within Elpida, for it is where they can begin to save for their homes and land in which they wish to buy. It is also where they may trade amongst other customers, or take out loans in order to get their land before it is claimed by another settler. However, there are many who wish to see their coin returned, and will do whatever it takes.

So, if you are one who does not take care with your coin, be warned once you step into the dark alleyways and streets at night. For your shadow will not be the only one following you, or threatening you for that matter. None the less, the banks are where the power flows within Elpida, and it might even make its way towards you.
