This field was first planted by the original settlers of Elpida, and has been growing ever since. On certain festivals such as the harvest festival and the summer solstice, the field holds special events and festivities such as dancing and singing, as well as sacrifice to Metus in order to gain a blessed harvest. This field of wheat has immense historical significance to the lower-class farmers and workers of Elpida; when times got tough the field provided enough bread to last the city through winter. At certain points of history the wheat was more valuable than gold, and used as money instead of coin. It should be protected at all costs.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
