Senator Pertentus wastes little time after the founding of Elpida, and soon sends new settlers into the distant lands. The newfound settlers, however, find it difficult on the new terrain, as many were mere common-folk and didn't have any specific trade. it didn't help that the wolf population had soared over the past few hundred years, leaving many territories past the initial camp to be far too dangerous to traverse. many of these settlers instead spent their time building up their meager town, and making tools for their own protection.

The newfound settlers, however, find it difficult on the new terrain, as many were mere common-folk and didn't have any specific trade. it didn't help that the wolf population had soared over the past few hundred years, leaving many territories past the initial camp to be far too dangerous to traverse. many of these settlers instead spent their time building up their meager town, and making tools for their own protection. many of these settlers did return back to their homeland, but only when Pertentus had sent his finest craftsmen, woodworkers, blacksmiths, and map-makers. He didn't spare a single resource with the second arrival, as he sent some of his remaining soldiers out to lower the wolf population, or at least make an effort to do so.
