    Hai, I has a suggestion.
I think that there should be tiredness mechanics. (Sorry if this has already been implemented)
At night, if you keep walking/sprinting, you start to get slower, you get fatigue, and your hunger goes down slightly faster. If you lay in your bed for a bit, you can then keep travelling as usual in the night, without the negative effects.

Interesting idea, at this time there is no night/day cycle. We will think about this on a later date.

This is really creative. I like it.

The only problem is most people don't have homes or beds. Maybe allow sleeping on stairs and stuff.

    Brilliant idea. :)
You often see sleeping in games that is purely cosmetic. This is really creative and would make sleeping useful.

Along with having to sleep, what about the other things people always have to do? (Ex. Going to the bathroom, drinking water, bathing/showering in ocean, etc). I know these things will probably not happen anytime soon. I also know going to the bathroom may be an big pain in the rear to have to do.
