Date of Birth: 23rd of December, 2365S Homeland: A meager village deep in the harsh unforgiving lands of the icy Norths, native to wide-spread mountain ranges. Current Home: Currently wanders the roads and pathways of the North, adorned in a charcoal-coloured fur cloak, seeking refuge and a job in any town or city that would give him an opportunity. PHYSIOLOGY ~ Build: A slender frame topped with a subtle amount of muscles gained through the harsh tolls the icy wastes would hold on any of its denizens, with his biceps being where the majority of his muscles would lie through exhausting work with a hammer and anvil, still being subtle to the eye as nothing would be available on show. His stomach would be flat, yet no six-pack or pronounced abdomens would be on show, with a subtle V-line running to his waists. His legs would be less-toned, with wide calves powering his meaningless wanders on a beaten path towards an opportunity he could take. Hair: His hair would consist of a Dark-Chestnut toned mat of spiky upright hair with small Mahogany streaks being visible running through it. A red bandanna would be woven around his hair, keeping it upright, gained through his meaningless travels on the roads of the North. Eyes: Dark Irish-green, with a hazel swirl being prominent at the core of his iris. Skin: Visibly pale, common to the Norvägen folk, nearing a paper-white colour with his hands being rubbed red, also having rosy cheeks. Identifying Marks: None whatsoever, he'd be completely unscathed throughout his years growing up. Appearance: Standing firm with a rigid posture, he'd have an inexperienced and naive face still untouched by the corruptions of the world, possessing a set of plump rosy lips, complimenting his blushing cheek's tone. Clothing: He tends to be adorned in multiple layers of warm fur clothing, keeping his skin unscathed by the harsh Northern frostbite, topped off with leather pads along with a charcoal-coloured heavy fur cloak being stuffed in his bag, tucked away for more sinister times. His most identifying piece of clothing would be the red bandanna with a yellow marking, hanging around his spiky up-kept hair. Weaponry: A finely smithed iron dagger would be the only weapon or possession to his name, tucked safely away in his belt, being his main choice of a weapon. Prized Possessions: He would have nothing dear to himself, caring not for anything physical. Hygiene: He would be decently clean, always having a bath when the opportunity would arrive on the roads, and would always make sure to rub his hands with leaves! Voice: Ayden's voice would be blunt, yet oddly soothing as it would always finish with a gentle touch with each pronunciation of every single word. QUALITIES AND FLAWS ~ Strengths: ~ Physical Aspects: - A body suited to the harsh Norths and the icy colds. ~ Mining: - Adept at noticing the different types of ores and how to extract them. ~ Literacy: - Can read and write fluently. Fears: ~ Darkness: - Severe phobia of the dark. ~ Family: - Frightened any harm might come to his father. ~ Loneliness: - Hates the thought of being by himself. Weaknesses: ~ Mortal: - Susceptible to dying. ~ Blunt: - Can be overly blunt and straight-forward, spilling his thoughts out. ~ Slow: - Physically, he isn't too fast nor nimble. ~ Ignorant: - Won't be willing to change his views to more updated modern ones. Intelligence: Ayden would be fairly average on intelligence, being brought up by a well-entitled father after all, thus allowing him to read or write fluently, however he doesn't excel in anything apart from smithing or mining mentally, but he can be street-wise. Languages: ~ Common: - Fluent and able, being the only language he can speak. Profession: ~ Miner: - Physically adept at mining whilst being able to discern ores. ~ Handyman: - Would be willing to do any job for a meager wager. ~ Blacksmith: - Even though his experience in smithing is limited, it is still an aspiration of his. ETHICS AND MOTIVATIONS ~ Personality: ~ Straightforward: - Ayden would be gruff and straight to the point. ~ Sharp: - He'd always stay silent watch watching, inferring heavily. ~ Dependent: - Ayden prefers to do stuff by himself without any help or intervention. ~ Good-hearted: - He would always be driven to assist anyone in the need of help. Religion or Cults: A fervent believer the Gods of Elpida. Alignment: Good Neutral. Short Term Goals: ~ Wage: - Ayden would seek out a job which would pay dearly, to provide a decent wage. ~ Citizenship: - He seeks out a city, town, fort that would keep him as a member of their own. ~ Renown: - Ayden seeks to be a tad notorious for his crafts, hoping to spark up opportunities. ~ Smithing: - Ayden wishes to practice and master the arts of Smithing direly. Long Term Goals: ~ Smithing Business: - Ayden intends to start off a smithing branch and shop, hoping to run his father's desolate business once again. ~ Use: - Ayden wishes to have an actual use in the world, wanting to have a purpose to assist. BACKSTORY ~ Ayden Thorpe, born in a well-off province not too far from a booming and renowned trading hub, was born to an eccentric and influential craftsman who was notorious for his prosperous smithing business, and to a common-place whore who belong to the streets. Unbeknownst to him, his fair-haired pretty mother was ran out onto the streets after bringing a small infant to a dark house door one night, seeking refuge along with the babe. The father of the child, outraged at her appearance on his doors, tossed her gruffly out of his mansion, threatening her about how the ‘guards’ could intervene into this matter simply, and with that, Ayden grew up motherless. He was taught how his ‘whore’ mother had left him on the streets to be raised by his father, lest he’d die, this caused him to turn rather ‘fractured’ on international matters, causing him to slightly turn into a ‘Peniaphobe', harbouring a slight resentment to any who were poor and down-trodden, however, his over cautiousness and anxiety to open up to people was hidden by his quiet manner, thus no one would know except him. Ayden, aged 16, eventually grew up to become a proper and well-mannered young man, a man who had the whole world to explore and venture due to his ‘deep pockets’, however, Ayden saw the vast and uncharted world as an opportunity to be written down in fame, an opportunity to daunting to simply ignore. Thus Ayden, after a year of work and adventure, entered a smithing and crafting tuition at his home. His intuition made long work of the endless days of studies and revision of manuscripts and methods, giving him a subtle and inexperienced foot-hold on the methods there were to smith pure armour and weapons, allowing him to know the bare minimum on how to smith and craft, hoping to jump-start training from there. However, shortly at the age of 20, his father's once fortunate business soon began to decline, and it only took a couple of months before it was completely shut down, and Ayden's family was bankrupted. Struck with a sudden feeling of hopelessness and gloom, Ayden left his family, looking for a chance to make some money to bring back home, hoping to ensure that his father and him could live a comfortable life. Thus Ayden, at the tender age of 20, would wander the lone roads, seeking the right chance he could take, with a plethora of paths right beyond him.
Really nice structure to everything. The game is currently very crafting-centric, so you will enjoy playing out that story.

It definitely meets the standards. It's very well written, has great structure, presents the character in a balanced way and doesn't clash with our lore.
