Story Paragraphs: Beren had lived a long and peaceful life for the most part, travelling the mainland and seeking the comforts of fellow explorers and their stories. Beren knows much of the history of the mainland but refuses to share his experiences with anyone. However, Beren is known to be a peaceful soul whose slow and "take your time" mentality is a bit daunting for young adventurers seeking his wisdom. Beren simply tells all adventurers, "Time is precious, life is fleeting. Find the marvel and mystery in what is around you that you seem to pass by every day on the streets, in the air, in the sea..." Beren's roots are unknown as he grew up on the streets and in an effort to get away from a life as an orphaned child, he would deliver packages to neighboring towns. He joined up with a traveling merchant as a young boy in his teens traveling between the different countries of the mainland. Beren got to see many different locales and even when diving into ancient ruins, temples, and caves, often getting himself into trouble with the merchant who seemed to take on a fatherly role to the young Beren. Growing up, Beren learned that taking ones time as he did as a young man travelling slowly along the country roads was an important lesson to not be taken for granted but the desire to explore and discover new things for himself, even if they had already been discovered, was a passion for Beren. Lately, his excitement to travel to Insulera was bubbling up after receiving news of its discovery and bought passage on a ship to seek new adventures. No one knows where he currently resides on Insulera.
